What this site is, what the prices mean, and what the published data does and does not establish.
1. This is a B2B platform, not a shop
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Portfolio entries describe compounds, platforms and services that are available for feasibility assessment, research pilots, custom synthesis, licensing or co-development. Every engagement is agreed in a separate written contract.
2. Prices
All prices shown are indicative ranges, excluding VAT, provided so that you can size a project before contacting us. Final terms are negotiated per scope and confirmed in writing.
3. Scientific claims
Published findings referenced on this site are in vitro results. They are not evidence of clinical efficacy, safety in humans, or regulatory status. Materials are supplied for laboratory research use unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Ingredient status, safety dossiers and market claims for any finished product remain the responsibility of the partner placing that product on the market.
4. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Ownership of results generated in an engagement is agreed in the relevant contract before work starts. TODO: insert the approved UPJŠ standard clause.
